Independent Youth Program

Primary health care services including prescriptions are provided by our HCH Clinic staff to individuals 18 and under who are (1) living apart from their parents and managing their own affairs regardless of their source of income or (2) if they are or were legally married or (3) if they are legally emancipated minors.

We can also offer:

• Referrals for food and clothing
• Hygiene products
• Condoms, STD tests and pregnancy tests
• Education and employment services
• Counseling service
• Dental and vision care
• Information and referral to other community organizations
